Morelli's Francesco Molinari Mosaic from ice cream sprinkles
To mark the return of The Open golf championship to Northern Ireland for the first time since 1951, Morelli's ice cream decided to make a mosaic of reigning champion golfer of the year, Francesco Molinari.
Intended as a nod to their Italian heritage, the mosaic was built entirely from ice cream sprinkles in Portrush and mounted in their shop in advance of the start of the practice rounds for the 148th Open Championship at Royal Portrush Golf Club.
