Cooke RFC Women - summer training camp 2019

This video was created with Cooke Rugby Club in Belfast to promote a summer training camp for their ladies teams.

The video features contributions from a member of the team (Lauren Pedlow) who completed the training camp in 2018 as well as the team coach, Joe McTaggart, explaining what's involved for those who sign up.

The video was created for use across a variety of social media channels and subtitles were provided to allow for the fact that 85% of people watch videos on social media with the sound off.
